Municipal Bond Credit Report: Moody’s Investors Service has upgraded the non-ad valorem debt of 41 Florida issuers. This action concludes a review that was initiated on November 3, 2022 in conjunction with the release of the US Cities and Counties Methodology. The City of North Port, FL’s non-ad valorem rating will remain on review for possible upgrade since the issuer rating is on review for possible upgrade.
